目的：通过Meta 分析系统评价缺氧诱导因子1α（HIF-1α）的表达检测在男性乳腺肿瘤患者中的诊断价值。方法：检索国内外数据库，收集关于HIF-1α 与男性乳腺肿瘤关系的病例对照研究，检索时间为2006 年2 月—2014 年6 月。用RevMan 5.1 软件对均符合条件的研究结果进行Meta 分析。结果：共纳入6 个病例对照研究，包括病例组475 例男性患者和对照组256 例女性患者。Meta 结果显示，男性乳腺肿瘤患者HIF-1α 阳性率明显高于女性乳腺肿瘤患者（OR=1.29，95% CI=0.93~1.79）；异质性检验显示各研究间无明显统计学异质性（χ2=7.61，P=0.18，I2=34%）；合并效应结果显示差异无统计学意义（Z=1.54，P>0.05）；发表偏倚分析显示Meta 分析结果可靠。结论：HIF-1α 表达水平检测对早期男性乳腺肿瘤中具有一定的诊断价值，可作为参考指标之一，由于纳入研究质量与例数有限，上述结论尚需更多高质量、大样本的研究验证。
Meta-analysis of diagnostic value of hypoxia- inducible factor-1α detection for male breast cancer
Objective: To systematically evaluate the diagnostic value of detection of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) expression in male breast cancer patients through Meta-analysis. Methods: The case-control studies concerning relationship between HIF-1α and male breast cancer were collected by searching the national and international databases, and the time period of search ranged from February 2006 to June 2014. Meta-analysis was performed on the results of the eligible studies by RevMan 5.1 software. Results: A total of 6 studies were selected, involving 475 male patients in case group and 256 female patients in control group. Results of Meta-analysis showed that the positive rate of HIF-1α expression in male breast cancer patients was significant higher than that in female patients with breast cancer (OR=1.29, 95% CI=0.93–1.79); results of heterogeneity tests showed no statistical heterogeneity among the studies (χ2=7.61, P=0.18, I2=34%); pooled result showed that the difference had no statistical significance (Z=1.54, P>0.05); publication bias analysis demonstrated the authenticity of this Meta-analysis. Conclusion: Detection of HIF-1α expression level has certain diagnostic value for early breast cancer in male patients, and it can be used as one of the reference indexes. However, the above conclusion still needs verification by high-quality and large-scale studies due to the limitation in quality and sample size of the included studies.
